MAIL ORDER GUIDE

The following information is intended to help you plan the time necessary to assure that your Video Album will be back to you on the date needed.

Processing Time: The lab normally needs two-three weeks to process your order. April-June and October-Dec. you need to allow a solid three weeks.

Please remember to add 2 days shipping each way


Shipping to the Lab:

Please call us before shipping your order. We want to know how and when you are shipping your order, so that we can keep track of it.

It is adviseable to ship UPS (2nd day or next day), FEDEX or any other method that can be tracked and arrives within two days.

Shipping Back to You:

We primarily use UPS (2nd Day or Next Day). For the continental US: add $12 for 2nd Day & $25 for Next Day UPS. Saturday Delivery is $10 additional.

For other shipping needs or arrangements, please call us in advance.

Payment Options:

Payment in full is expected at time of order completion. For orders over $100, a 50% deposit may also be required.

• Enclose a personal check, business check or money order.

MC/VISA: include your account number & expiration date in the special instructions portion of the order form or on any written information that you are enclosing. We will call you with the total amount due and will send a receipt to you with your completed order.

COD- Your order will be shipped back to you via UPS. Please add $7.50 for COD charges.
